Privacy Policy

RoseGarden · Last updated: 27 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RoseGarden ("the App"), developed by Douglas Davis ("we", "us"), handles your information. Your privacy matters to us, and the short version is simple: RoseGarden does not collect any personal data.

1. Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. RoseGarden has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking software of any kind.

2. Your Content Stays on Your Device

Everything you create in RoseGarden — your roses, garden entries, care logs (watering, fertilizing, pruning, blooms), grow-diary entries, and any photos you add — is stored locally on your device only. This information never leaves your device and is never sent to us or to anyone else. If you delete the App, this data is removed with it.

3. Photos

If you choose to add photos to your roses or diary, those images are saved locally on your device. RoseGarden does not upload your photos anywhere.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

RoseGarden offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, "RoseGarden Premium." Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account. We never see or receive your name, payment-card details, or other billing information. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

RoseGarden does not collect data from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from children under the age of 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
